Vijays first successful dual role

"Kaththi" had Vijay playing two roles one as an activist and the other one as a small-time thief. Vijay rocked in both the roles His performance was considered as one of the best in his film career.  The film received a fantastic response and fared well at the box office. It has emerged as the biggest hit in Vijay's career

Directed by Murugadoss; "Kaththi" is an action thriller flick with Samantha, Sathish and Bollywood actor Neil Nithin Mukesh in supporting roles. Vijay did not do too many double action roles. He played two roles in Alagiya Thamizh Magan and Villu but both of these movies didn't make it that big in the box office. Vijay’s Kaththi has easily earned more than a 100 crores all over the World and it is an actual first dual role success for Vijay.  Kathiresan and Jeevanantham of Kaththi has managed to gain the positive reviews.
